Shipping

How long does shipping take?
5–9 business days to the US, Canada, UK, and EU. We ship via express line-haul couriers with full tracking.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders typically arrive in 8–12 business days. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

When will my order ship?
We process orders within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Is shipping free?
Yes, on all US orders over $75. Otherwise it’s a flat $6.95.

Products & Quality

Where are your products made?
We source from small factories in Asia and Europe, each personally vetted by us. Every product is tested before it goes in the catalog.

What materials do you use?
Aluminum, bamboo, walnut, wool felt, cork, brass. We avoid plastic wherever a better material exists.

Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Havre product carries a one-year warranty against defects. Email help@havreco.com if anything fails.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Item must be unused and in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email help@havreco.com within 7 days with a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Bundles

How do bundles work?
We pre-build curated kits like the Deep Work Starter and Executive Workstation at meaningful savings vs. buying items individually. Everything in a bundle ships together.

Can I customize a bundle?
Not yet, but it’s on the roadmap. For now, you can add individual items to your cart alongside any bundle.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. We use Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout with SSL encryption on every page.
