Refund policy

Havre Co. makes things meant to last. If something isn't right, the Havre Co. team will make it right — plainly and without friction.


The Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery. The clock starts when your tracking shows delivered.


Condition Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging, with any included inserts or accessories intact

Havre Co. does not accept returns on items that show signs of use, assembly, or damage caused after delivery.


How to Start a Return

Email hello@havreco.com with your order number and a sentence about why you're returning. The Havre Co. team will respond within one business day with return instructions tailored to the item.

For many items, Havre Co. will issue a refund without requiring the product back — it depends on the piece, its condition, and the circumstances. When a return shipment is needed, the Havre Co. team will send the correct address and a prepaid label where applicable.

Who covers return shipping:

  • Standard returns (change of mind): return shipping is the customer's responsibility, when a return shipment is requested.
  • Defective items or Havre Co. fulfillment errors: Havre Co. covers return shipping in full, or issues a refund without requiring the item back.

Refund Processing

Once Havre Co. receives and inspects the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Processing time on your bank's end varies — allow up to 10 business days to see it reflected.

Refunds are issued for the full item price, minus original return shipping cost where applicable.


Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged or defective? Contact hello@havreco.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

Havre Co. will issue a full replacement or a full refund — your choice. No return shipment required for confirmed defects.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items showing use or damage not caused by Havre Co.
  • Final-sale items marked as such at checkout
