Shipping

We ship worldwide via express line-haul couriers. Most orders arrive in 5–9 business days to the US, Canada, UK, and EU. We process orders within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.

  • Free shipping on all US orders over $75.
  • Flat rate: $6.95 on US orders under $75.
  • International: Calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships.

Returns

If something isn’t right, we make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
  • For defects or shipping damage, we cover return shipping. Otherwise the customer covers it.
  • Bundles must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email help@havreco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you don’t have it, contact us within 14 days. We work with the courier to resolve and reship if needed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before fulfillment begins. After that, the standard return process applies.
