Shipping policy

Havre Co. ships from the US — efficiently, with tracking, and without surprises at checkout.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders $75 and over: Complimentary, 2–5 business days. Orders under $75: Flat $7.00, 2–5 business days.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Havre Co. ships via standard carriers. The carrier assigned to your order depends on destination and weight.


Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Use it to follow your package directly with the carrier.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, email hello@havreco.com with your order number.


Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact hello@havreco.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date. Havre Co. will investigate and work toward a resolution.

Havre Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.


International Shipping

Havre Co. does not currently ship outside the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap — this policy will be updated when it is available.
